The Challenge

Our remit is to raise the profile of Sky’s communal TV products and services to managing agents, social landlords and property developers. Sky briefed a broad reaching campaign that would resonate with these primary audiences and cement it as market leader.

The Activity

Focus groups were highlighting increased consumer influence in driving the demand for communal TV systems. In response, Fresh devised a campaign called ‘Sky Generation’ that focused on the expectations of younger generations around access to digital TV in their first homes. The campaign included:

  • Commissioning a UK report talking to 6,000 18-34 year olds
  • An insight report for internal distribution, speaker presentations at key events and for sales teams across the UK regions to use in marketing material
  • Press releases and infographics announcing the survey results to private, social and new build media

The Outcome

  • 13 news pieces in key target media (c. 603,879)
  • 100+ downloads/page views of the research summary on the website
  • Direct sales enquiries via the website
